CAD / 3D Model

For custom work our in-house CAD studio builds a 3D model of the piece. You review it from every angle, and we revise the model until it is exactly what you want. Nothing is cast before you approve the CAD.

Sample Production

Once the CAD is signed off we produce a physical sample. Photographs only go so far — the sample lets you judge design, size, proportion, structure, finish and overall appearance in the hand.

Sample Approval

You review the sample and tell us what, if anything, needs to change. When you are satisfied, the specification is locked and the project moves into production.

Sample Approved → Production Begins

Bulk / Final Production

Production runs to the approved specification: 3D modelling, wax and resin model preparation, casting, metal finishing, assembly, diamond setting, polishing and final finishing — all under our own roof.

Quality Check

Every finished piece goes through a final inspection before it is cleared. Anything that does not pass goes back to the bench rather than into the parcel.

Shipping
